What is LobbyCentral?
LobbyCentral redefines customer check-in using an innovative process that notifies employees and manages a list of waiting customers. Using a variety of tools, a customer can be queued using the self-service Kiosk, employee-assisted web interface, or a mobile device such as an iPad, iPhone, or Android.
How it Works
- The customer arrives.
- The receptionist uses LobbyCentral to create a ticket or the customer uses the the Kiosk to check in.
- The request is created and a notification is sent to employees which updates their wait list display.
- An employee selects a waiting customer which updates LobbyCentral to show that the request has been taken.
- After the employee concludes the service, the request is closed.
