LobbyCentral is 100% web based, which means NO proprietary equipment to buy. Our cloud solution only requires a web browser, and On-Premise works with your existing Windows network.

Notifications

Users receive real-time notifications minimizing long wait times. LobbyCentral can notify employees by email or text and can even notify your customers by text.


Business Analytics

LobbyCentral captures a wealth of information such as date and time in, time seen, and time out, giving you invaluable data for planning, and identifying bottlenecks in your service team.


Kiosk

With a simple check-in process, customers check-in at the kiosk by entering their name and other information in just a few clicks. LobbyCentral automatically queues the customer in order of arrival and notifies your staff with real-time notifications. Employees can also check-in a customer right from their computer in the LobbyCentral customer management portal.


Overhead Display & Signage

Show customers where they are in line and keep frustration levels at bay. LobbyCentral’s QMonitor is an application that serves as an informational display and announcement system and is designed to be displayed on an HDTV. QMonitor is included with your LobbyCentral subscription.
